part time vs full time agent takaful

Ramai yang tanya, awat hang jadi full time agent??dah takdak kerja sangat ka?? Amboi hang..haha so here are the reasons ok??

Bila jadi full time agent, mean u're committed in this field. Sebab apa, sebab kalau niat kita nak tolong orang, buat betul-betul. Bukan setakat client dah sign and bagi duit every month u can duduk goyang kaki tak servis. Servis macam mana pulak? Servis mean take care of ur client in certain ways. Jadi apa-apa kat dia, u're the first one yang dia ingat untuk contact. So, u'll know what ur client condition. Like my manager, kereta client dia rosak pon call my manager, bukan call mekanik. Haha why, being an agent, tak semestinya kena tau pasal insurans and takaful, agent ni contact dia luaaaasss.. as for me , i am still expanding my clients lists. So far kalau adik-adik i nak kahwin, i tak payah cari jauh-jauh servis, semua i cari client i balik.

Again, tak semua agent full time ok. Ada jugak yg tak ok. Yang tak ok ni bukan nak tolong orang, tapi nak business sahaja. Claimed semua client buat sendiri. I pon masih belajar jugak dalam bidang ni, so everytime client orang lain complaint, i vowed to myself i tak nak client i rasa macam tu. I mesti cerita dekat husband and he will keep reminding me. Long story short, being an agent u kena ada niat yang baik untuk tolong orang and perbetulkan diri sendiri.

As for part time agent plak, kalau siapa yg amik dengan part time agent, tanya dia why dia buat part time?kalau dia buat part time as nak cari extra income u better be careful and tolong dia betulkan niat. Hihi bukan apa, kalau part time agent, dia ada kerja hakiki, if he/she willing to tinggalkan kerja hakiki untuk servis client in need, u dapat agent yang betul. Kalau tak, better cari kawan agent jugak yang full time. So u have someone to refer if anything happened.

Korang ingat senang jadi agent?hahah agent is a carreer, bukan sebab tak ada kerja. Kitorang pon ada CPD hours to complete, and course to attend. Ha, bukan buat sale sahaja ok? Cumanya masa lebih fleksibel la. Tak terikat ofis hour and bukan duk kat opis sahaja. And of course customer to servis. Customer vs course, customer dulu. Ha, begitu sekali tau..
